Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns.
Returns will only be accepted if a claim is made within 14 days of receiving your purchase and where a valid invoice / receipt for your purchase is available.
We provide exchanges & returns in situations where a product has been supplied incorrectly, damaged (defective) or considerably differs from the description on the website.

My return was approved, how do I return an item/s?
Once you have notified the team and your return request has been accepted:
1. Re-pack the item in a box or its original packaging. All returns must be unused / unworn and in original condition with all tags and stickers attached.
2. Return Hat Locker address (Hat Locker Team will provide the address). Please note that return postage is covered by the customer as we provide either free & reduced shipping rates.
3. Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you will be issued a refund or store credit to the value of the item(s).
