How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia is FREE for purchases over $30, or a low rate of $3 if your item is $30 or under.

What about free express shipping?

Purchase any 2 or more headwear items from Hat Locker to receive FREE express shipping Australia wide!

I've purchased one item, do you offer express shipping?

We do. Simply select 'express shipping' at the checkout to get your purchase into your hands and onto your head faster. Express shipping is only $7 within Australia. Once the order has been processed, items sent within Australia via express shipping will be delivered within 2 business days within the express post delivery network.

Who do you send with?

We send with Australia Post and TOLL.

Do you send Internationally?

Yes, we send out lots of International orders. If your country isn't available at the checkout and you would like to purchase an item, please contact us at team@hatlocker.com.au.

What are the International shipping costs?

Here are some of the popular International shipping locations: New Zealand (Standard International) = $15 AUD / Japan (Standard International) = $19 AUD / United Kingdom (Standard International) = $26 AUD

What payment options do Hat Locker offer?

There are a number of safe and secure payment options available to you. At the checkout, you can choose to pay using your Credit Card (MasterCard & VISA) or with your Paypal account.

What is the order process?

Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been lodged. After your order has been packed and fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification and a tracking number for your parcel. We aim to process and ship all validated orders within 1 business day. 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on change of mind or because the product was not what you expected (i.e. incorrect sizing), so please choose carefully.

Returns will only be accepted if a claim is made within 7 days of purchase, you have a valid receipt for your purchase, and where that product has been supplied incorrectly or considerably differs from the description on the website. 

How do I return an item?

Once you have notified the team and your return request has been accepted:

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging. All returns must be unused / unworn and in original condition with tags and stickers attached.

2. Return package to the Hat Locker Team - PO Box 3247, Success WA 6964. Please note that return postage is at your own cost. 

3. Once your return has been inspected and is accepted, you will be issued a store credit to the value of the item(s).
